Cyclo Systems can offer a proven low cost automated meter reading systems technology using narrow band low power radio technology. The system can integrate gas, water and electricity meters using the electricity meter as a hub. The technology is proven using the 184MHz or the new extended 868MHz band in Europe and 915 MHz in the USA. The system utilizes sophisticated techniques such as high speed data and 'listen before transmit' (LBT) to ensure efficient operation. Extensions to the system could include a consumer display unit.
